Social promotion

One of the company's strengths is in its staff. Respecting labour legislation and improving working conditions, the involvement of workers in the company's activity are important factors for the success of our companies.

A qualified workforce is added value for our companies. The département (administrative district) is filled with training centres devoted (fully or partly) to the professional activities of the Plastic industry. The Young Economic Chamber for the Plastics Industry wishes to use existing structures to offer young people rewarding jobs in partnership with those specialised schools. This is achieved through a significant communication programme with schools and also with the general public thanks to increased partnership between companies and training centres.

Social promotion is also achieved through the creation of companies on our territory. And business creation is the result of acquiring new markets thanks to international development and/or innovation projects.
